The UG final year students of the Department of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, as a part of the Teresian Rural Outreach Program, took an awareness class on ‘Nutrients and Consequences of FAD diets’ on 13/2/2023 in   Kunnukara Panchayat. Following class, a skit on different diets was performed, and posters were also presented. The program was conducted well by students and made the audience interactive to learn more about the consequences of junk foods. The program was initiated to create awareness among the public about the needs of balanced diet and nutrition in our daily life. Feedback of the program was also collected from the audience.
