A Three day nature camp was conducted from 27th to 29th September, 2019 for a group of 12 PG students and 24 UG students. Dr. Sherin Antony and Ms. Athira Venu, Faculty of the Department of  Zoology, St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam along with 3 coordinators of Mathrubhoomi – Mr. Ajimon, Mr. M.S.Vinod and   Mr.Renjith Kumar, accompanied the students. The field trip was organized as a part of Nature Study Camp and was supported by the Kerala Forest and Wildlife Department and Rotary club of Cochin, Ernakulam. Students along with Faculty and Coordinators took part in making the Pampa West region a plastic free Zone. It was an enlightening camp for the students which made them more aware and conscious about Nature.
