National Webinar : “Take Action for Bone Health”

As part of World Osteoporosis Day, the Department of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics in in collaboration with Indian Dietetic Association (Kerala Chapter), Nutrition Society of India and NetProFan, Kochi Chapters  conducted a national webinar on ‘Take Action for Bone Health’ on 25^th October, 2021 through google meet. The resource person was Dr. Roncy Savio Kuruvilla, Assistant Professor, Department of Orthopedics (Unit-3), Christian Medical College, Vellore. The speaker covered topics like classification of osteoporosis, bone remodeling, prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Around 112 participants attended the webinar.
