An International Webinar on Career Guidance, titled ‘Future launcher’ was conducted by the Department of Zoology, St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam on 30th June, 2020 for the ongoing and outgoing UG and PG students . The webinar was conducted online on You Tube platform.  The Eminent resource person Mr. Amal T. Anup, Human Resource Assistant, Capilano University, British Columbia delivered the talk. The session mainly focused to help students to prepare for their Higher Education and apply for their first job. Several aspects like how to prepare a resume, SOP (Statement of purpose), etiquette to be followed in an interview and general information regarding job hunting was mentioned. Almost 144 students participated. At the end of the session there was an interactive session and  students actively participated by asking their queries. The webinar addressed the basic requirements needed for applying for a job and the qualities that are expected in an applicant at a minimum level. E- certificates were provided for all the participants.
