The Department of Zoology and The Department of Botany, St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam, jointly organised an international seminar talk on ‘Environmental Consultancy and Biology’. on June 22, 2023. The purpose of the seminar was to introduce students to new aspects of marine biology and its scope for the future. All the faculty members and students of the Zoology and Botany departments attended the programme.

The Resource person, Dr. Shrinivaasu, took a magnificent session on the topic ‘Environmental Consultancy and Biology’. He briefed about his experiences of discovering the under water and marine environment. He discussed the major skills required for a student to become a successful biologist. He referred to various unique features of different organisms. Additionally, he displayed videos and photographs, clicked by him and motivated the students to pursue more knowledgeand also a career on  environmental consultancy and biology.
