Indo Swedish Academic Exchange Forum is an Organisation coordinating Academic Exchange programs for students between India and Sweden. This year in October, a group of 20 students along with three faculty members from Stockholm Hersby, Sweden visited our college for a ten day exchange program.  The aim was to equip their students with practical insights of another country in research, academic interaction and hands on experience regarding the various topics they opt for their research projects as part of their academics. The topics discussed during the panel were: Communism-The Kerala perspective, Gurus- Fake and Real, Sustainable Tourism, Self Help Groups, Sanitation, Social Capital and LGBT Movement in Kerala. The resource persons on each topics were from the Department of Economics, English, Sociology, Home Science and Travel and Tourism.
