Inauguration of Body Composition Assessment Centre by the Department of Home Science & Centre for Research, St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam on 23rd February 2022, by Dr. Maria Varghese, President, IMA, Kochi Chapter. In her inaugural address, she emphasised on the importance of health in this fast-changing society. Rev. Dr. Sr.Vinitha CSST , Provincial Superior and Manager, Principal, Dr Lizzy Mathew and Senior Administrator, Dr. Sajimol Augustine felicitated the gathering. Dr. Susan Cherian, HOD, Dr. Anu Joseph and Dr Shilpa Jose, Department of Home Science, St. Teresa’s College, spoke on the occasion. The Body Composition Assessment Centre will be open to public for assessment of Body Composition using the Inbody 720 Body Composition Analyser. Dietary advise and counselling on lifestyle modification will also be conducted based on results.
