As part of creating awareness among students about Human  Rights, a webinar was organized by the Mathematics  association and  the session was led by Dr.Jacob P.Alex,  Advocate, High Court of Kerala, on August 10, 2020.During his talk, Dr.Jacob mentioned the importance of Human rights , highlighting the need to be aware of our fundamental rights .The session was hosted on Google Meet platform  and had a participation of 107 students including faculty.

Outcome of the activity:

Since Human rights is a part of the syllabus of semester 5, the  students could get an outlook into the subject and understand  the importance of human dignity and social justice.
