The Alumnae meet 2022 ‘ Hearts and Flowers’ was held on 27th August 2022 at 10:00 am at the Platinum Jubilee Auditorium. The programme began with a prayer led by the alumnae. The welcome speech was given by Prof. Susan John (Retd.), President, Alumnae Council. The alumnae report was presented by Ms. Aparna V, Secretary, Alumnae Council. The presidential address was delivered by Rev. Sr. Dr. Vinitha CSST, Provincial Superior and Manager. The lamp lighting ceremony was held. Smt. Uma Thomas, MLA, Thrikkakara Constituency, the Chief Guest of the day delivered the inaugural address. Dr. Alphonsa Joseph, Principal felicitated the gathering. The Gurupooja ceremony was held to honor the teachers among the faculty and the alumnae by presenting them with a memento and a ponnada. A memento was presented to Uma Thomas, the Chief Guest of the day. Sr. Emeline CSST, Director spoke to the gathering. Smt. Betty Joseph, Vice- Principal, Head of Department of Statistics read out alumnae member M Indra’s message as she couldn’t attend the meeting. The alumnae council members handed over the Mangala pathram by Mrinalini, Thakazhi novel prize winner 2019 to Smt. Betty Joseph who read it out. The launch of alumnae website was conducted by Dr. Alphonsa Joseph, Principal to connect the alumnae. The senior alumnae was honored by Smt. Betty Joseph by presenting them with a ponnada. There was a presentation depicting the journey of the alumnae throughout the years. Dr. Ursala Paul, HOD of mathematics department spoke to the gathering. The felicitation of the student achievers was done by giving scholarship to them under the Christabelle Memorial Alumnae Award. The vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. Vijayalakshmi, Vice President, Alumnae Council. The cultural programmes were held thereafter.
