A Hands-on training session on “Web Application Vulnerabilities and Security” with about 75 attendees amidst this COVID-19 pandemic was organised by BCA(Cloud Technology and Information Security Management), Department of Computer Applications.

The event scheduled at 10:00am on 24th September hosted by Arpita Elizabeth Babu, 3rd year student of BCA(CT & ISM) started off with a beautiful prayer song by Jesly P Sibi, 2nd  year student of BCA(CT & ISM).The welcome address was given by Priyaja Premdas , 2nd  year student of BCA(CT & ISM).

The Resource Person was Mrs. Suma R who is an extremely dedicated, skilled Information Security and Digital Forensics Consultant, CEH, ECSA, CEI. She presented an interesting two hour session that developed effective and cutting-edge insight on Web Application Security, Cyber Security and Vulnerabilities. The main attraction was a very informative demo which was surely handy especially to the outgoing batch of BCA(CT & ISM). We concluded the program with a vote of thanks by Jifna Geejy, 3rd year student of BCA(CT & ISM).
