In connection with the Gandhi Jayanthi celebration, the Department of Mathematics and Statistics of St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam conducted a set of online competitions. An Intercollegiate Quiz competition was conducted. In which 196 participants from more than 25 colleges participated. The quiz competition was conducted between 10 am – 10:15 am on 2nd October 2020. E-certificates were issued for the top scorers (scored above 70%). An Interdepartmental Essay writing contest “ In The Footsteps of Gandhiji ”or “ഗാന്ധിജിയുടെ പാതയിൽ” . A total of 10 entries were received. Certificates were distributed to the winner.

Outcome of the Activity

The contest provided a platform to the students to increase their knowledge about Gandhiji .
