On March 19th 2022,14 students from the Department of Management studies went to the inaugural ceremony of Fire (financial independence of real empowerment) by Acemoney and Kerala startup mission conducted in Kinfra park office. On the day of the inauguration, they launched three of their innovative projects, including rural women entrepreneurship development scheme in financial technology, a webinar series on a step forward to financial freedom, and the inauguration of digital kit distribution to service co-operative banks. Nidha Haris, Sneha Jude, Naeemah Sidheeq, Agna P J, Anakha Baburaj, Vrinda Nayar, Megha Sudhir, Liyana Sajid, Alita Jerry, Alina Elizabeth, and kavya Karan of 2nd year BMS and Insha Saniya, Hafza Rezbin and Amaya Deepak of 1st year BMS attended the program. The session was very informative and we were able to learn more about women’s entrepreneurship and their financial independence. The environment of the Kerala startup mission was a very professional setup. All students who attended got a certificate of participation.
