The Department  organized two insightful seminars consequently on Logistics Management and Business Law. The event began with a prayer song by the department’s choir team followed by a welcome address by Nikitha, from UG 2nd year at 11:30 am. The session on the Role of Logistics Services was handled by Fazeela Pradeep, Managing Director of her own company Transline Maritime Services Pvt Ltd.. She spoke about role of logistics and supply chain management in the success and sustainability of businesses across various industries. She also mentioned the key documents like BOL, Certificate of Origin, customs declarations etc., that are required to ensure the smooth flow of goods and information across the supply chain. Her engaging discourse attracted keen interest from students seeking insights into efficiency of logistics in international trade. 

The second session was planned to be handled by Adv Ferha Azeez, because she could not reach at the prescribed time, she sent her colleague, who spoke about the importance of legal compliances in business.  Despite the change in the speaker, the session was captivating as the speaker gave insights with her real-life examples .Concluding the event, Vishwa from UG final year delivered the vote of thanks expressing gratitude to both the speakers.
