E- Alumnae Meet
The Department of Computer Applications in St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous) Ernakulam conducted its 3rd Alumnae meet on 28th November 2020 via Google Meet. By the way around 80 alumnae from 1995-1998 batch onwards participated from different parts of World. Ms. Sheeba Emmanuel, IT Coordinator & Senior Faculty of Department of Computer Applications presided over the function. Over there all the faculties of Department addressed the Alumnae meet, November 2020 gathering. Our department presented a multimedia presentation on the present ambience . Especially A collection of old photos and videos of the department activities were also presented over there and it turned into a joyous refresher of their cherished memories of the Department and College.
The points discussed,
- Firstly, in order to form a strong Alumnae association for the department, they selected representatives from each batch. Also, to find out all the students of their respective batch, all the representatives assigned to conducting class wise meetings
- Discussed about the centenary celebrations of College.
- Requested the well placed Alumnae to guide and mentor the Students of Department.
After the formal session, we had an informal chat with students and teachers. Recorded videos of current department were presented.
