As part of our MoU, the students of the French Department were lucky to attend a webinar led by Vishal sir, teacher of French at St. Claret’s College, Bangalore, on the 29.01.26.

For an hour, Vishal sir presented the do’s and don’ts one can find in the French civilization, a great opportunity to know more about the culture our students are approaching through its language.

The session brought light on the particular aspects of the daily life in France, some elements that might be surprising for an Indian audience. Elements, such as politeness, were explained to the students in order to give a better view of the social behavior of French people.

The students engaged happily with Vishal sir and were happy about the session. Vishal sir is an enthusiastic teacher who knows how to share his knowledge.
