The Teresian community has come together to support one of its own when it mattered the most.
It was when non-teaching staff Mrs. Leelamma lost her husband last year that many of us became aware of the pitiful state of her home. Soon after, a collaborative effort to build a house for Mrs. Leelamma took off. This dream has become a reality in less than 100 days even facing this corona lock-down.
We thank the Alumnae & STARS, teachers and others who supported the effort with funds and words of encouragement. We are thankful to Mr. Gilson, the contractor who executed the project flawlessly.
The Dept. of Sociology coordinated the construction of house for Mrs. Leelamma.
