CAKE FEST 2021

The department of food processing technology of St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam conducted a cake fest on 21st December, in accordance to celebrate the Christmas this year by bringing in joy to the life of people by delivering them the best handmade cakes, initiated by our department students & faculty. The department students with the faculty guidance split into various teams production, marketing, etc. In addition to the cake fest, a cake sale was put up in the arts block of the college which had products like brownies, cake sickles, cake pops, doughnuts, etc. which too went well and was a huge success.
