The Department of Commerce (Self-Financing), in collaboration with SRM University – Andhra
Pradesh, organized a national workshop titled “Beyond the Classroom: Gamification as a Tool for
Career Success.” Dr. Vimal Babu shared insights on how gamification is increasingly being adopted in
the business world to foster creativity, engagement, and problem-solving. Students actively
participated in interactive discussions and explored real-world applications of gamification in career
development. The session provided students with practical knowledge on the role of gamification in career advancement, improved their understanding of modern business strategies, and encouraged them to apply innovative approaches in their academic and professional journey.
