The session was handled by Shibili Suhanah – therapist . She started the session by distinguishing between the thoughts and feeling using an emotion wheel. The session included small interesting exercises using pen and paper. She talked about how to control the anxiety related problems and also how to help others going through situations like panic attacks, anxiety attacks and suicidal tendencies. The session ended with a mediation which really helped the students to be stress-free and relaxed.
