As part of the Teresian Rural Outreach Programme, the Department of Psychology conducted an awareness session at St. Antony HSS, Kacheripady and Seventh Day Adventist HSS, Kaloor on January 30, 2025. The session benefited more than 250 participants, covering key topics such as Mental Health & Relationships, Exam Anxiety, and Life Skills. Eight teams of UG second-year students facilitated engaging lessons using PowerPoint presentations and interactive activities. The initiative successfully broadened students’ understanding of psychology and its relevance in daily life, making learning both informative and engaging.
