In observance of the International Day against Drug abuse and Illicit trafficking on June 26th, 2022 the Department of Psychology, St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam, and Now or Never Foundation in collaboration with Narcotics Control Bureau, Sub zone, Kochi organized a Drug Abuse Awareness Drive and Signature Campaign for the general public at Oberon mall, Edappally on Sunday 26th June at 3.30pm.

The program began with a theme dance by the 3rd BSc. Psychology students led by Architha and team, depicting the various phases of drug abuse and the ill effects of drug abuse. It was followed by a group song led by Ms. Gopika and her team. After which the NCB team came forward and initiated a Signature Campaign against drug abuse. They encouraged the public to take a step forward in saying no to drugs by putting their signatures. Another theme dance was performed by the 3rd BSc Psychology students led by Reshma Krishnan and team which highlighted the war between good and evil. The talent showcase came to an end with a power-packed solo song performance by Angeline Benny.

More than 100+ members of public, students and faculty gathered to witness this memorable and impactful performance of the students.
