The Association Inauguration and Interncan Investiture Ceremony was held on 23rd July 2024 at centenary block seminar hall. The event marked the formal commencement of the activities of department of Cyber Security and Applied Computing. It also included the investiture ceremony of the newly elected Interncan members who will represent the student community and take up various responsibilities.
The event commenced with a warm welcome speech by Ms. Archana P Menon, the Head of the Department, who briefly outlined the agenda and significance of the occasion. This was followed by the Inauguration of Association by the Chief Guest, Mr. Pramod YT, Sub Inspector Cyber Cell, Ernakulam, and Mr. Binil GD ,General Manager of Techbyheart India Pvt.Ltd, symbolizing the inauguration of the association’s activities. Mr.Pramod TY, delivered the keynote address. In their speech, they underscored the role of student associations in fostering leadership, teamwork, and community service. They also congratulated the newly elected Interncan members and encouraged them to uphold the values of integrity and dedication in their roles. Mr. Binil GD shared his experience of interncan journey with the students. The speaker felicitated outgoing Interncan members for their contributions over the past year.
The highlight of the event was the Interncan Investiture Ceremony. The newly elected Interncan members were called onto the stage and formally inducted into their roles. The Chief Guest and other dignitaries presented the Interncan members with their badges of office.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Anu Anthony, final year BCA student, expressing gratitude to the Chief Guest, special guests, faculty members, students, and everyone involved in organizing the event.
The Association Inauguration and Interncan Investiture Ceremony was a resounding success, marking a significant milestone for our community. The ceremony fostered a spirit of unity and enthusiasm, setting a positive tone for future initiatives and projects.
