The Department of Chemistry and Centre for Research, St.Teresa’s College, Ernakulam, organised a talk on ‘Academic Writing’ on . The Resource Person for the day was Dr. Nisha T. Padmanabhan, Post-Doctoral Researcher at Inter University Centre for Nanomaterials and Devices, Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT). The session was aimed at refining the literature survey and report writing skills among students. The session was really insightful. The final year UG and PG students could acquire a basic idea regarding several aspects of academic writing , ranging from the structure of an academic paper- its formal tone and style to its proper formulation.
