The Chemistry department’s Alumni hosted an event called “Chuvadukal.” The second session of “chuvadukal” took place on July 22, 2024. The session was led by Flight Lieutenant, Greety Raju. She detailed her path to the air force and provided insights into the selection criteria from her own experience. Despite her background in chemistry, she chose a different path and successfully passed AFSB (AIR FORCE SELECTION BOARD) on her first attempt. She also detailed the process of gaining confidence and motivating students to reach their potential, highlighting the numerous opportunities and advantages of being an officer.The session provides a comprehensive understanding of the Indian air force. At the conclusion, she presented some of her training photographs and concluded the session by addressing the students’ inquiries. The session was very inspiring and informative for the student.
