The Department of Hindi, St.Teresa’s College organized a Gender Sensitization Program in collaboration with Sree Shankara Vidyapeetham, Valayanchirangara on 27th October 2023 in Arts Auditorium at 10:30 AM. The Objective of this program to address issues in gender equality and encourage participants to pursue solutions.
Dr. Poornima R, Head of the Department and Assistant Professor, Department of Hindi, Sree Shankara Vidyapeetham, Valayanchirangara, was the invited speaker. She delivered a speech on ‘Feminism in Contemporary Hindi Short Stories’ (Samakalin Hindi Kahani Mein Stri Vimarsh). She analyzed some famous Hindi short stories. 150 students participated in this program.
