A one day Workshop on‘Decoupage – a Creative Art’ was conducted   by Smt. Bindhu Joy, a leading trainer in creative craft, ‘Ebony & Ivory’, Trivandrum, was conducted on 5/11/2018 for the final year degree students to inculcate skill in creative art. Creative art provides many avenues for the students of B.Sc Home Science, which is included in their Interior decoration syllabus. Découpage is the art of decorating an object by gluing colored paper cutouts onto it in combination with special paint effects, gold leaf and other decorative elements. Many students can learn the art and become entrepreneurs in this field.
