The English Department in collaboration with Pure Living started a campaign titled “Transform a Uniform” which aimed at providing uniforms to security guards. The new uniforms are affordable and, made of comfortable fabric. Highlighting the issues of a security guard who has to bear the weight of his uniform in extreme weather conditions, a street play was enacted by the students of the Department of English. For greater outreach, the students also performed a flash mob. The programs were conducted in front of the office and gym plaza.
