Finally, Dr. Chameli Ratan, Department of Stroke Medicine, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Kochi based her speech on the dietary changes to help those with recurrent migraines.

A survey was also given to the students in the Elysium to gather information about their health and experience with migraines. In the afternoon, a migraine camp was conducted. Our guests did consultations with our students and teachers from the college and gave prescriptions to help them.

It was a really helpful day for every woman present in the Elysium. Once again, thank you Dr. Vivek Nambiar, Dr. Karthika Rani and Dr. Chameli Ratan for this essential session.
