The French Department was happy to welcome Mr Tony Govindarajan on the 12th of June 2023 to talk abour career opportunities and abroad studies with a degree in French language.

Mr Tony G. is a former student of French studies in JNU and is now living and working in France. He shared with the 3rd year BA his experience with French in India as well as in France. After a MA French Literature, he went to France to study psychoanalysis before settling a government job as a librarian at Université Paris 8.

He gave the students essential keys to pursue studies in France or Francophone countries, or a career involving French language. His motivational speech received a warm welcome and a lot of questions by the students.
