A one week skill enhancement and personality development programme, entitled ‘Metamorphosis’ was conducted for students of the department from 6 June 2021 to 15 June 2021. The programme started at 3.30 p.m. Mr. Arun Nair, CMD and chief mentor of Parivartan Corporate Training Academy was the resource person. He focused on the importance of self branding and the need for developing good interpersonal relationships. The participants were made to interact with each other through games and various group activities which helped them to improve their confidence level. The programme was conducted under the headship of Dr. Susan Mathew Panakkal, and Miss Neenu Susan Paul. Miss P I Abna Mehandi and Delina Varghese were the student coordinators of the programme.

The session really helped the students to improve their confidence. Towards the end of the session, more students started to voice out. It also gave an overview of how to present ourselves in public confidently and how body language can make a big change in it.
