‘When empowered youth speak, sparks arise.’

The Department of French is proud to announce that Ms. Nikitha Sunil (II B.A. French) has won the first prize in the ‘NO TO DOWRY’ poster designing competition. The event was conducted by St. Teresa’s College, Ernakulam (as directed by Mahatma Gandhi University) to sensitize the students to act against dowry death and domestic violence.

The posters designed by the winners Ms. Nikitha Sunil (college level), Ms. Josepheena Scaria (Department level) and Ms. Fathima Harsha (Department level), proved to be exceptional and is truly an outcry against the unbearable injustice that is normalised in our society.
