In commemoration of World Food Day, students from the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd B.Sc. Nutrition and Dietetics classes organised a Food Fest named ‘Nourriture’ at the Science block of St. Teresa’s College on October 17, 2023. During the event, the students skilfully crafted and offered a diverse range of nutritious and innovative dishes for sale. The department’s food fest enables students to apply their food science knowledge, fostering the creation of innovative products, enhancing their skills in cost analysis and marketing, and nurturing the development of future entrepreneurs.
