Activity Description:

On 19 November 2020, Department of Mathematics & Statistics of St Teresa’s College Ernakulam unlocked the golden gate of Incubation Unit of Math Entrepreneurs (InME). Programme began at 2:15pm with prayer followed by the welcome address given by Dr Susan Mathew Panakkal. The presidential address was  given by our director  Rev Sr. Dr. Vinitha, followed by felicitations and the introduction to the project was given by Dr Ursala Paul. The chief guest for the ceremony, Smt. Roopa George, who is an entrepreneur, a social worker, dancer and above all a humanitarian enriched us with different methods on being a successful entrepreneur and  also showed us that being a flexible thinker will help us bring out the best of ideas we require.

Outcome of the activity:

The alumnae as well as the students of the department could get an exposure to the world of women entrepreneurship and could fruitfully use their innovative ideas and talents to become self sufficient .
