As part of celebrating International Day of Peace, the English Association conducted an online essay writing competition on September 21st. The topic was ‘Prerequisites for peace: What nations need to refrain from to prevent war.’ Out of 33 entries, the first three winning entries were awarded e-certificates. The first prize went to Priyanka Rajan Chirayath (Rajagiri College of Social Sciences); second prize to Rahul Isaac S (Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies) and the third prize to Karan Bir Singh Aujla (Khalsa College).
