ACE THE AGILE!

The Department of management studies organized an alumna talk on 18th June 2022 by Bency Elsa Mathew (PGDM – BA 2020-2022) currently working as a Business analyst, IBM Pune on the topic ‘AGILE TECHNOLOGY’ for the students of PGDM – BA 2021-2022. The session briefed on how agile and scrum are practiced in the analytical field. She discussed the value of building industry contacts and also the need for individual portfolios for better career development.

Details on some of the important software related to the industry and how students can handle various interviews and group discussions were shared during the interaction. She suggested various online courses that would help the students for better career development. The session was very informative and interactive as students felt free to clear all their doubts regarding the session.
