The Department of History organised an invited lecture on “Agrarian Struggle in Kerala During the 19th and 20th Centuries”.    The class was led by Renowned Historian Dr.K. K.N Kurup,Former Vice Chancellor of Calicut University.The lecture opened with the process of Agrarian developments starting from Medieval Kerala and explained the agrarian nature embedded in Indian Struggles. Dr. M.D Alice,Rtd Professor,Department of History , Maharajas College,Ernakulam addressed  the gathering.
