On 23rd June 2025, a Mental Health and Physical Fitness Programme was organized by the Departments of Physics and Mathematics & Statistics for first-year UG students. Conducted by certified fitness trainer Mr. Abdul Kasim P, the session focused on promoting overall well-being through fitness, nutrition, and stress management. Held from 9:00 to 10:00 AM in Rooms 74 and 75, the program featured interactive discussions on the link between physical and mental health, demonstrations of simple no-equipment workouts, practical nutrition tips, and guided relaxation techniques. The session empowered 75 students with actionable strategies to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle during their academic journey.
