An awareness session on the TROP (Training for Outreach Programme) was held on 23rd June 2025 from 8:00 to 8:30 AM in Rooms 74 and 75 for first-year UG students. The session aimed to introduce students to the objectives and significance of TROP, emphasizing the importance of connecting academic learning with community development. Coordinated by Ms. Anna Sheethal V S and Ms. Dona Mary K D, the session covered the program structure, grading system, and encouraged student involvement in meaningful outreach activities. The event successfully familiarized 48 students with the TROP framework, fostering a sense of social responsibility and academic engagement.
