The Four Year Undergraduate Program
(FYUGP), at the Department of Sociology
has witnessed remarkable success,
especially with the surge in student interest.
Notably, the Minor B and Minor C courses
saw an overwhelming number of applicants.
The MDC course (Psychology for Everyday
living) got 120 applications, wherein we had
to limit the seats to 70 upon marginal
increase. The exceptional outcomes of the
exam results further highlight the program’s
effectiveness, with a significantly high
success rate, underscoring the program’s
