St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam celebrated its 97th College Day in the Platinum Jubilee Auditorium on the campus on the 12th of May 2022, Thursday. The chief guest of the day was Rear Admiral Antony George NM, VSM.  

Dr. Lizzy Mathew, the principal, presented the annual report.
The chief guest addressed the gathering and commended the students and staff for the admirable activities conducted during the past academic year. He also enlightened the students on the many career opportunities being newly opened up to women in the Indian Navy by the government. He ended his address on the hopeful note that students from St. Teresa’s, a paragon of women’s education, would take up this opportunity to serve the nation.
Felicitations were offered by the guests of honor, Mrs. Kavitha Antony, Vice President, Navy Welfare and Wellness Association, Southern Region; Ms. Jemma Joseph Malcolm, Secretary, Alumni St. Teresa’s Association, and Mr. P. K. Mohandas PTA Vice President.
This was followed by a prize distribution ceremony honoring the meritorious students of the past academic year.

Rev. Dr. Sr. Vinitha CSST, Provincial Superior and Manager of the college, Rev. Sr. Emeline, Director of the college, Dr. Alphonsa Vijaya Joseph, Vice Principal, Dr. Sajimol Augustine, Senior Administrator, Ms. Varsha Venugopal Student Union Chairperson, graced the occasion with their presence.
