The Department of Psychology of St. Teresa’s College, organized a webinar on ‘Becoming a Psychologist: An interactive session’ on 20th September 2021 at 2.30 pm. Clinical Psychologist Dr. Noufal Hameed, engaged the students as part of their orientation session. Around 60 participants, constituting of 7 staff members and 53 students, participated for the webinar which was conducted online through Google meet.
The webinar was organized to create awareness among students about the different opportunities and the scope of Psychology, along with the skills and qualifications required to become a psychologist. The webinar by Dr. Noufal Hameed stimulated interest in the students and encouraged them to stretch their capabilities. It also allowed them to get a better understanding and oriented them to the subject.
