Expert Talk – Application of GC, HPLC, AAS and Spectrophotometer In Spice Industry.

The department of Food Processing Technology had organized an Alumni talk on “Application of GC, HPLC, AAS and Spectrophotometer in Spice industry” for the II UG students of 2020- 2023 batch as a part of their course on Technology of Spices and Plantation Crops. The session was handled by Nair Chithra Harinarayanan, Adjunct Faculty, School of Food Science and Technology, M.G University on 16th November 2021. Ms. Priyanka PS, faculty member of the department was the convenor of the programme. The resource person has provided an insight about the principle, working, instrumentation and application of the quality analysis equipment used in spice industry.
