As a part of centenary celebration of St Teresa’s College, Ernakulam the Department of Food Processing Technology and Department of Home Science has organised a *Cake mixing Ceremony 2023 * on 9th November 2023. Principal Dr. Alphonsa Vijaya Joseph inaugurated the function. Dr. Sajimol Augustine Senior Administrator , Dr. Sr. Suchita CSST ( Head, Department of Sociology) graced the occasion.
This was conducted as an initiative of Teresian Treat , Consultancy of Food Processing Technology Department and Wellness Craft and Bakers , Department of Home Science. The cake mixing ceremony was organised under the guideship of Chef. Jennison B with the help of 50 selected entrepreneur students as a pre preparation for the Xmas bakesale to be held in December 2023
