Expert session on Research Approaches in Food Technology

The department had organized an expert session on “Research Approaches in Food Technology” for the II and III UG students of 2019 – 2022 and 2021- 2024 batch. The session was handled by Smt. Lakshmy Priya S, Assistant Professor, School of Food Science, M.O.P Vaishnav College for Women, Chennai on 16th March 2022. Ms. Priyanka PS, faculty member of the department was the convenor of the programme. The expert explained the fundamentals of research techniques and research ethics and also introduced journal related to food science and technology.
