In connection with the World Coconut Day celebrations, B.Voc Food Processing Technology organised an intercollegiate Product development competition. The students made various innovative products with coconut such as Coconut snowball, Tender coconut mousse etc. Cash prizes and certificates were awarded to the students by expert judges. The student got a platform to exhibit product development skills and were appreciated for the efforts they had put in creating innovative and healthy coconut treats.
