UGC sponsored International Conference on “Innovations and Challenges in Food Processing Sector” was organized by B.Voc Food Processing Technology, St Teresa’s College Ernakulam on 9th and 10th of February 2018. Students from colleges of various parts of country attended the conference. The two day conference had sessions on the recent innovations of the food industries discussed in detail. There were also paper and poster presentation competitions and the Best Poster and Paper were awarded.
