Navjot Khosa, IAS, Food Safety Commissioner Kerala, inaugurated the seminar on “Food Safety Issues in Perishables” organised in association with NAAS Cochin Chapter on 10th April 2017. The technical sessions were handles by experts from Dairy, Fruits and Vegetables  and Fish processing sectors. Food safety regulations were also discussed in the seminar.
