One day training program on “Hygienic handling and value addition of Fish products” was conducted in collaboration with National Institute of Fisheries Post Harvest Technology and Training. The target audience were 25 members of self help groups of Kuzhupilly Panchayat . The training program aimed at the processing and preparation on fish fingers, fish cutlets, fish wafers and pickles.
