Department of  B. VOC Food  Processing Technology organised an expert talk on “FOOD ADDITIVES AS TOXICANTS” on 3rd October 2020 at 10:30 to 12:30 @Google meet platform. The resources person, Ms. Lakshmy priya. S, Assistant professor school of food science. The speaker conveyed the  importance of food additives, risk factors, toxic effects of food additives etc. And it was very interesting to know the safe and permissible levels of  food additives and the effect it has on human body
