A TALK BY AN ALUMINI ON “SUGARCANE PROCESSING”

The Department of B. VOC Food Processing Technology organized a talk by Ms. Mintu Reji Sunny a department alumini  2015 batch on “SUGARCANE PROCESSING” in google meet platform from 11:3am0 to 1:20pm  on 11th October 2020 . She explained the industrial processing of sugarcane and also the processing of it’s byproducts. The beneficiaries of the program were the II DC student. The program was coordinator by Ms. Priyanka P S, Assistant professor Department of Food Processing Technology.
